How it works

MyTownRSVP is a small tool for local gatherings. No accounts to set up. No ads in the mix.

1. Create a gathering

Add a title, when and where, and optional details like capacity, theme, guest-email rules, or custom questions (waivers, emergency contacts). We email you a private link to manage the event—and a portal for everything you’ve created with that email.

2. Share the RSVP link

Send the public page by text or email. Guests can say yes or no, note a party size, and leave an optional message. They don’t need an account.

3. Keep an eye on who’s coming

Your host dashboard shows headcount, comments, and check-in when it’s door time. Guests who leave an email get a confirmation with calendar links; a day-before reminder is a separate opt-in.

What we don’t do

• No social feed or follower graph
• No advertising or cross-site tracking
• No requirement that neighbors create passwords
