Data Collection

We collect information hosts and guests provide for an event: names, emails (when shared or required by the host), party size, comments, custom question answers (such as phone numbers or waivers), shift preferences, waitlist status, and door check-in marks.

Use of Information

Guest contact details are used only for transactional event messages on behalf of the host—confirmations, calendar invites, waitlist “You’re in!” notices, optional reminders, host Message attendees updates, and post-event thank-yous when the host uses those tools.

Host Access & Responsibility

The event host (and any co-hosts they invite) can see attendee names and emails to run the gathering. Hosts agree to use this information strictly for event-related communication—not marketing lists or unrelated outreach.

No Ads or Data Selling

MyTownRSVP does not sell, trade, rent, or cross-market attendee data to third parties, nor do we track users across external sites.
